Pilates (from 4 to 12 years old)

Starting from the idea of J. Pilates, “In Childhood, Habits are Acquired
Easily”, we believe that educating children in body awareness is the basis for developing good habits that will accompany the child throughout their life. The practice of Pilates not only has physical benefits, such as strengthening and stabilizing the spine, improving physical fitness, and developing a high level of coordination and balance.

Mindfulness (from 4 to 12 years)

Mindfulness for children offers us a whole series of possibilities to improve their attention from an early age, to exercise their brain in empathy, calmness and emotional management. Likewise, introducing our little ones to the world of meditation makes it easier for them to connect much better with themselves.

Multiactivity (from 4 to 12 years)

Combine our 3 activities in a dynamic way so that your child has the best mental and physical development.

School Course (Pilates / mindfulness / multiactivity)

Duration: 8 months according to the school calendar (October – May).

Duration: 45' 1 day/week, time to choose, depending on availability.

Maximum number of students: 6
