Midwifery babies (from 3 months to 2 years)

Swimming as a family from the first months of life helps to strengthen the maternal and paternal bond, in addition to psychomotor and personality development, and increases lung capacity. The baby learns to listen, to observe, his innate reflexes awaken. The exercises (grips, movements, dives, throws, turns...) carried out by the parents help them relax, and gain security and confidence with the aquatic environment.

Water temperature 30º C

Duration: 8 months according to the school calendar (October – May).

Duration: 45' 1 day/week, time to choose, depending on availability.

Intensive course

10 consecutive sessions of 45 minutes, carried out from Monday to Friday.

Learning to swim should be a priority for all families. It is an important skill that will play an essential role in the child's personal development, allowing them to strengthen their muscles, activate motor coordination, as well as the circulatory and respiratory system. In addition, it also helps the child develop independence and cultivate self-confidence.

Starting from the idea of J. Pilates, “In Childhood, Habits are Acquired
Easily”, we believe that educating children in body awareness is the basis for developing good habits that will accompany the child throughout their life. The practice of Pilates not only has physical benefits, such as strengthening and stabilizing the spine, improving physical fitness, and developing a high level of coordination and balance.

Mindfulness for children offers us a whole series of possibilities to improve their attention from an early age, to exercise their brain in empathy, calmness and emotional management. Likewise, introducing our little ones to the world of meditation makes it easier for them to connect much better with themselves.
