Aquatic education for all ages
WELL-BEING is a reference center in Burgos in Aquatic Education for more than 20 years. We have an extensive educational program covering all levels from babies to advanced.
- BABIES - MIDWRITING: From 3 months to 24 months (Accompanied by an adult).
- CHILDISH: From 2 to 4 years old.
- YOUTH: From 5 to 8 years old.
- IMPROVEMENT: From the age of 6 with an optimal level for initiation to training.
- ADULTS: From the age of 18.
Our courses
School year 2024 -2025
The annual course begins the first week of OCTOBER and ends the last week of MAY, adjusting the dates to the SCHOOL CALENDAR.
The classes are 8 CHILDREN PER MONITOR except the baby classes that are 6 students taking advantage of the small group to ensure correct teaching and more individualized attention at different levels.
Classes are 45 MIN / 1 DAY PER WEEK.
Midwifery babies (from 3 months to 2 years)
Swimming as a family from the first months of life helps to strengthen the maternal and paternal bond, in addition to psychomotor and personality development, and increases lung capacity. The baby learns to listen, to observe, his innate reflexes awaken. The exercises (grips, movements, dives, throws, turns...) carried out by the parents help them relax, and gain security and confidence with the aquatic environment.

Duration: 8 months according to the school calendar (October – May).

Children, Youth, Improvement (from 2 to 12 years)
Learning to swim should be a priority for all families. It is an important skill that will play an essential role in the child's personal development, allowing them to strengthen their muscles, activate motor coordination, as well as the circulatory and respiratory system. In addition, it also helps the child develop independence and cultivate self-confidence.
